design service
Our customer design service is a way to create something that feels entirely your own. Whether you have a particular idea in mind, a colour palette you love, or simply a starting point you’d like us to explore, we’ll work with you to develop a design especially for you.
How it works
We’ll begin by talking through your ideas, references and preferences. From there, we’ll create an initial design concept for you to consider.
There’s no obligation to purchase at this stage. If the first concept isn’t quite what you had in mind, you’re welcome to leave it there.
If you love the direction but would like us to develop or change the design, you can choose to continue. At this point, you’ll be committing to purchase your finished piece.
We’ll then create a second design based on your feedback. From here, we can make minor tweaks to refine the details before asking for your final approval.
Once you’re happy with everything, your design is ready to print.
The process
Initial design → Your first look → Changes requested & purchase confirmed → Second design → Minor tweaks → Final approval → Print
The result is a piece created especially for you, with the same materials, finish and attention to detail as the rest of our collection.

£150.00 - payment due prior to print
Price includes initial design and one edit. Additional edits £50 each.
